Lawful operation
Use tableAxis only for legitimate, authorised business activities. Comply with applicable laws and the rights of guests, staff, suppliers and other users.
Security and access
Do not access another business account without authority, share stolen credentials, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, interfere with availability or attempt unauthorised security testing.
Content and communications
Do not upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual-property rights, send unsolicited messages contrary to applicable rules, or use the platform for deception, harassment or fraud. Obtain required permissions before guest messaging.
Data handling
Use the minimum personal information necessary for your business purpose. Do not enter sensitive payment credentials into notes or unsupported fields. Follow your staff-access and data-retention policies.
Enforcement
Report suspected misuse through the account support channel. The final service terms must define investigation, proportionate restrictions, notifications and appeal or restoration procedures.
