Subscription / Billing Terms

7-day free trial
All packages are free for 40 days. You do not need to supply credit card, debit card or bank information to begin. The final signup flow must explain when the trial starts and what happens when it ends.
Package and price
The package source determines current prices, currencies, enabled billing periods and limits. Monthly, annual, free and one-time packages are displayed only when available. Tax treatment, payment methods and any extra charges must be disclosed before checkout.
Paid activation and renewal
A paid subscription requires the applicable commercial terms and payment arrangements to be presented before payment. This draft does not assume automatic renewal, automatic conversion, a saved payment method or a trial-end charge.
Changes and cancellation
Upgrade timing, downgrade timing, proration, renewal notices, cancellation deadlines and price-change notices require an approved policy. Confirm them in the final agreement before accepting paid subscriptions.
Invoices and disputes
Use the account support channel for invoice questions. Refund and cancellation arrangements are described in the relevant policy, subject to mandatory rights.
