The trial
Every package has a free 7-day trial, with no credit card, debit card or bank information required. No trial payment is collected by this frontend, so there is no trial charge to refund.
Paid subscriptions
The policy for refunds on paid monthly, yearly or one-time packages must be confirmed in the applicable order terms before payment. This draft does not invent a non-refundable rule or a guaranteed refund window.
Cancellation requests
Use your existing tableAxis account to access available subscription controls and support. A verified cancellation contact, processing timeframe, end-of-access rule and treatment of unused periods must be added to the final policy.
Billing errors and mandatory rights
Raise suspected duplicate or incorrect charges through the verified account support channel, identifying the relevant invoice. Never send full card details. Any final policy must preserve applicable mandatory cancellation and refund rights.
